EduConsult ("we", "us") is a strategic partnership between Edufluent and GRP Consulting. This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website, why we collect it, who we share it with, how long we keep it, and the choices and rights you have — including rights available to California residents.
Categories of personal information we collect
- Identifiers and contact details — name, email address and organisation, when you choose to contact us through our form or by email.
- Professional information — your role or organisation and anything you tell us about your goals in your message.
- Internet or network activity — if, and only if, you turn on optional analytics, limited information about pages visited and general device or browser type.
- Privacy preferences — the cookie choices you make, stored on your own device so we can respect them.
We do not ask for sensitive personal information through this website, and we ask that you do not send it to us in a web form.
Where the information comes from
- Directly from you, when you submit our contact form or email us.
- Automatically from your browser or device, for basic security and site delivery.
- From optional analytics technologies, only after you turn them on.
Why we collect and use it
- To respond to your enquiry and arrange consultations or proposals.
- To deliver, secure and maintain the website.
- To understand how the site is used and improve it (optional analytics only).
- To send you emails you have specifically asked to receive, and nothing more.
- To meet legal, accounting and record-keeping obligations.
Who we disclose it to
- Our website hosting and email service providers, acting on our instructions.
- Analytics providers, only where you have turned optional analytics on.
- Professional advisers, or authorities where the law requires disclosure.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising. If that ever changes, we will update this policy and provide the opt-out mechanism described below before doing so.
Cookies and similar technologies
We group technologies into four categories: strictly necessary, analytics, functional / preference, and advertising / marketing. Only strictly necessary technologies load before you make a choice. Nothing in the analytics, functional or advertising categories is pre-selected.

Current third-party technologies on this site: Google Fonts (webfonts, strictly necessary for presentation, no advertising cookies). We run no analytics tool, no advertising pixel, no chat widget, no session recording and no embedded media at this time. Any future addition will be placed in the correct category above and will not load before your choice.
Global Privacy Control
If your browser or extension sends a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, we treat it as a valid opt-out of the sale or sharing of your personal information and keep advertising technologies switched off. We never override a GPC signal with a banner choice.
How long we keep information
Enquiry correspondence is kept for as long as needed to respond and to maintain a record of our business relationship, and normally no longer than three years after our last contact, unless a longer period is required by law. Privacy preferences stored on your device expire when you clear your browser storage.
California Privacy Rights
If you are a California resident, you may have the right to:
- Know what personal information we collect, use, disclose and retain about you.
- Request a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
- Request deletion of your personal information.
- Request correction of inaccurate personal information.
- Opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information.
- Limit the use and disclosure of sensitive personal information, where applicable.
- Not be discriminated against for exercising these rights.
